What is a psychic reading, exactly?
A conversation with someone who has a trained intuitive sense, designed to shed light on a specific question or situation. It is not fortune-telling, not therapy, and not advice you should take blindly — think of it as a well-aimed second opinion from a perspective most people do not have access to.
How do you vet readers?
Every advisor completes identity verification, a written interview about their training and ethics, a blind sample reading scored by two editors, and a monitored trial month. Roughly one in four applicants is listed; the rest are politely declined.
Can I ask about another person?
Yes. Readings about partners, family, or colleagues are common. A reader will describe the dynamic from your side of the connection; they will not make definitive claims about another person’s private choices.
What if the reading feels off?
Tell us within 24 hours. We review the session, and where a service issue is confirmed we issue a refund or route you to a second reader at no cost. See the terms for the full policy.
Will the reading come true?
Readings describe energies and tendencies, not fixed outcomes. Your choices matter. Use what a reader shows you as one lens among several, not as a crystal ball.
Is this private?
Yes. Sessions are visible only to you and your reader. Transcripts are stored for 30 days so you can download them; after that, they are deleted unless you save them to your account. See the privacy policy.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are offered when the service did not match the description — technical issues, reader no-shows, or a mismatch we could have caught. Dislike of the content is not a refund reason; we try to protect that line to keep readers honest and compassionate in equal measure.
